1. Are your products gluten-free?
All our recipes are made with gluten-free ingredients. However, please note that they are produced in a shared facility.

2. Are the waffles ready to eat?
They come frozen. Just heat them in a toaster, oven, or air fryer for a few minutes.

3. Do your cakes contain sugar?
No refined sugar. We use natural sweeteners like monk fruit and allulose.

4. Do you ship?
Yes! Orders placed Friday–Thursday (midnight) ship the following Monday.

5. Do you offer pickup?
Yes, in Orlando. Cakes require 2–4 days’ notice for pickup.

6. How should I store the waffles?
Keep frozen, then heat before serving.

7. How should I store the cakes?
Keep in the fridge for up to 7 days. For longer storage, slice and freeze.
